Chopper building is said to be about individuality, building something different but it's difficult to build a bike that truly stands out when you are only offered a small range of frames to choose from. That's why here at RSC we build one off frames designed to your own specifications. 

Book in for a friendly meeting with us, you don't need to have any knowledge on chopper building, simply bring some pictures of ideas that you like and we can turn it into reality for you.

After the meeting we take a deposit and then provide a CAD drawing for your approval. Once you are happy with the design we then proceed with the build and take final payment upon completion. You now have a truly unique frame, what better way to start building a chopper build!

All our frames are built with quality seamless, mandrel bent mild steel tube, jig built and TIG welded.

These Springer's are made from top quality mild steel and are designed for Harley's, but we can work with you to fit other headstock's.

They range in size from -2" to 24" overs, are jig built, TIG welded and use modern bearings on all moving parts.

Our springers come in raw steel finish ready for you to powder coat or chrome.

Our Invader wheels are now in production, all made in-house by the team at Raw Steel Choppers.

They come in either 19" or 21" x 3.00 - 1.75", all are jig built and TIG welded.

We offer round or square spokes, spool hubs or with single disc flanges. Only front wheels are available at the moment but we are trying to get rims to make rear wheels.

We offer Custom made Stainless steel exhaust systems, from 4 into 1 - drag pipes, polished - welds left showing. Like our frames, our exhausts are all bespoke so feel free to speak to us about your ideas.

We stock a range of small parts which are handmade and ready for sale. 

We stock, Chain tensioners, battery trays, oil tanks, weld on tabs, exhaust flanges, Head stock, number plate mounts and other small parts.
